The Add-in is automatically installed when you install DLS and you have Microsoft Office 2004 or X already installed. Printing to both the LabelWriter Duo Tape and Label printers at the same time is not recommended. You will not be able to locate a LabelWriter Duo printer with Rendezvous. The LabelWriter Duo printer does not support Rendezvous.
The LabelWriter Duo printer appears as two separate printers: DYMO DUO Tape and DYMO DUO Label. When installing a LabelWriter Duo printer, select 'DYMO DUO USB' from the list of choices in the Printer List. Double-click DYMO PnP to open the volume. The DYMO PnP volume appears on your desktop. If necessary, press the power button to turn on the label maker.
